2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

2.6 Player Eligibility Restrictions

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
klovip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). klovip does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed above, or payments made on behalf of another person.
3.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level; however, payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits, and players with active deposit limits set via responsible gaming tools may be subject to lower effective caps.
3.3 Deposit Processing

bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 4 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform traffic, such as major cricket tournament finals, or during scheduled system maintenance windows.

3.6 Currency
All balances, bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on klovip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). klovip does not support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than Taka via an international card, any applicable foreign exchange conversion will be performed by the card issuer at their prevailing rate, and klovip bears no responsibility for exchange rate losses.
3.7 Prohibited Transactions
klovip prohibits the use of the Platform for any financial transaction that is not directly related to legitimate gaming activity. Using klovip as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment methods, commonly referred to as "money laundering through gambling", is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

4.4 Bonus Abuse

7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player

7.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, all bonus balances and associated pending winnings are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances held at the time of closure due to a player's own breach of these Terms may also be forfeited at klovip's discretion, subject to the specific nature of the breach. Where klovip initiates closure for reasons unrelated to a player breach (e.g., a business decision to cease operating in a particular market), verified real-money balances will be returned in full.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. klovip will notify the registered email address prior to any dormancy-related action. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached and the player has not responded to notification. The maintenance fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification process.
8. Liability & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Limitation of Liability
